|Rescue Me ID: 16-08-18-00631Jekyll (male)|
Hey All! Jekyll here, I am a 13 week old Great Dane mix. (Although my mom and I think otherwise.) But who cares, we're all a bunch or Heinz 57's right? But let's talk about me in general. I am a sugar and spice, feisty, and outgoing boy. (Hence the name Jekyll) I like to say that I am a bubbly, spunky, and lovable dog that would make a great family addition. I like all people, kids, cats, and dogs. I love a big game of chase because I am super-fast and my foster brothers and sisters can usually almost never catch me. I also enjoy tug, playing with the water hose, and long walks on the beach and ya know, stuff like that. As much as I love to be active and play around, I like to settle in at night for some snuggles with my humans. We're working on some basic commands, and mom says that I'm doing well with it. I haven't had an accident yet, so I'm mostly potty trained, and working on crate training yet. My foster mom says that I'm one of the biggest goof balls she's ever met, and also that I would be a fantastic addition to any family looking for a loyal partner in crime. Jekyll is currently being fostered in Tomah, Wi. Her adoption fee is $350 and covers her spay/rabies, all age appropriate shots at time of adoption, microchip and health certificate. If interested in Jekyll please apply at www.hopingfurahome.com (DATCP 403644 DS). (Less)

Great Dane Dogs can make good pets in Wisconsin if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Dane is an enormous, but extremely gentle breed often referred to as the Gentle Giant. Great Danes are kind, loyal, and sociable. They need to be around people. Great Danes are gentle, devoted, and wonderful with children, but should be supervised with little ones because of their large size. Great Danes should be well trained as puppies. Great Danes can live in an apartment with enough daily exercise but do best with a large yard.
