|Rescue Me ID: 14-06-17-00440kamiko (female)|
Kamiko is 125-130 pounds. Stands just to my hip. The last vet thought she was mixed with some sort of lab or shepard becasue she has a longer coat than normal...she was the runt when i got her 5 years ago. She is fearful of men, especially when they yell. She gets anxious when she's in trouble. Her eyes turn bloodshot and pants excessively, and usually won't follow comamds. She snips at people/kids she doesn't know when they move past her but she is fine when they are in front of her. She has been through training but us stubborn sometimes. A previous re homing ordeal has left her timid and scared. She is a good dog for us, but isn't social. She grew up with three other dogs in the house but has been the only one for the last few years. She should be ok with other animals with the proper intro.. she has her rabies shot good through 2016 but needs the other shots. She freaks out when we turn on a no bark thing, it's not a shock, it just makes a high pitch noise. That being said, she doesn't like the noises my 6 mnths old makes... she deserves better than what we csn give her. Sheneeds lots of aattention and lots of hugs. (Less)

Gus is a big loving boy he thinks that he only weighs 10 pounds because he always wants to sit on you lol. He weighs around 140. He does like other dogs only his female buddy which is a boxer but I brought her home when she was 8 weeks and now she is 2. I really hate having to give him up but he needs someone that can give him the attention that he needs. My husband and I work all day and he needs love because he has lots to give . If you are interested please let me know thanks.

Great Dane Dogs can make good pets in Nebraska if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Dane is an enormous, but extremely gentle breed often referred to as the Gentle Giant. Great Danes are kind, loyal, and sociable. They need to be around people. Great Danes are gentle, devoted, and wonderful with children, but should be supervised with little ones because of their large size. Great Danes should be well trained as puppies. Great Danes can live in an apartment with enough daily exercise but do best with a large yard.
