Ziggy was saved from death row and is being fostered by us but we can no longer keep him. I am on bed rest with a high risk pregnancy with threat of pre-term labor and last night he killed my beloved cat of 12 years. This is too stressful for me. He is crated because I have another cat. If someone doesn't take him he will go to a kill shelter on Friday 7/18.

Our sweet boy doesn't get along with our new baby, so as much as we love him, we can no longer keep him. He MUST go to a loving home, though - he'd be ideal for someone who doesn't have other dogs or children living in/over to their house.

Great Dane    Age: Senior

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Old? Hmph! Don't say that word around this beautiful 14yr old lady! Agi firmly believes age is only a number on a piece of paper and certainly not the way to live your life. She loves everything you can offer her: attention, food, catnip. She even thinks that only old foagys make a fuss about taking medication and would never dream of doing that with you. She gets medication daily for hyperthyroidism and all you have to do is blend it in her food. How easy is that! Agi is always ready to take on the day. Are you ready to have her join you for yours? PIease Read Before Adopting a Great Dane in Louisiana
Great Dane Dogs can make good pets in Louisiana if they match your IifestyIe. The Great Dane is an enormous, but extremely gentle breed often referred to as the Gentle Giant. Great Danes are kind, loyal, and sociable. They need to be around people. Great Danes are gentle, devoted, and wonderful with children, but should be supervised with little ones because of their large size. Great Danes should be well trained as puppies. Great Danes can live in an apartment with enough daily exercise but do best with a large yard.
